Jesika Gomes - “Smiles and giggles”
I met Jesika in the
ninth year at school. To be honest, people's first impression of me is that I
may seem a little bit arrogant. In fact, when Jesika first met me, she thought
that I did not like her (And I did not. Eheh. Just kidding, I did like her but
I was too shy and did not know how to start a proper conversation with her).
However, it has been five years since we met and today she is like a sister to
me and I am thankful to have her in my life!
Jesika is one of the smartest persons that I know. She is
determinate and when she wants something she does not give up. She fights for
her dreams and I am very proud of her. Moreover, she is not afraid of backing
off when she understands that something is not for her.
Truly, Jesika is the kind of person whom you can count on in the
good and bad moments. She is a happy person, loyal friend, nice, honest, funny
and all the good things! I could also say that she is brave, but she is not. If
you go through a dangerous situation you are screwed up because she is going to
run away and leave you to die.
To be honest, she’s my partner in crime when we want to make fun
of our friends. We also have an enjoyable time laughing at all the ridiculous
memes that we find on the internet.
To sum up, Jesika is such a wonderful and funny person to spend
time with and I am sure that she will be successful in her life!
Mariana Nunes
Mariana Nunes – “Hot ‘n’
cold”
Five
years ago I met Mariana, the youngest from our group of friends. Little did I know back
then that she would become such an important person in my life.
In
the beginning, she was very quiet. Namely, shyness is the word that best
describes Mariana from the past. Everytime I made a joke I never saw her
laughing and that is why I thought she hated me (stupid reason, I know haha). However, as time was passing
by, I started to realise some positive changes in her personality. Nowadays,
Mariana has two different sides: the ‘hot’ and the ‘cold’ one. On her ‘hot’
side, she is a funny, amusing, intelligent and a nice person. In fact, she is
my partner in crime. When we are together, we are unstoppable! Sometimes we are
a little too crazy.
However,
Mariana also has a ‘cold’ side. She does not like to express her feelings and
rarely cries. Honestly, I never saw her crying since I met her. Yet, this
doesn’t mean that she is unemotional, she just prefers to keep her emotions for
herself. When she is mad, I would recommend you to keep distance unless you
want to deal with her bad temper.
In
conclusion, Mariana may seem to be bipolar (she will kill me haha) but she is
one of those friends that you want to keep for the rest of your life once you
get to truly know her. She is hardworking and I bet you will love her posts here
on the blog!
