A couple of weeks ago, I was watching a video on Youtube. The Youtuber started to talk about a Personality Test that was very accurate so I decided to search it up.
16Personalities is a website where
you can take a free personality test and receive the results on your email.
This website in based on The Myers–Briggs
Type Indicator which is an introspective self-report questionnaire.
The test measures how you perceive the world and make decisions in life.
Once you finish answering the
questions you will able to read a detailed overview of your personality
(Strenghts & Weaknesses; Romantic Relationships; Friendship; Parenthood;
Career Paths; Workplace Habits). However, you have to pay if you want to read
your premium profile.
There are in total 16 personalities.
Of course, some personalities are more common than others. Each personality is
identified by a four-letter code and each letter corresponds to a specific
trait. For example, ISTJ stands for Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging.
My opinion:
According to the website, my
personality type is INFJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging). INFJ is
the rarest personality in the world. Less than 1% of the population has this
personality.
To be honest, I strongly agree with
the overview of my personality. In fact, I could relate to what I was reading.
I am, indeed, an introverted person and I do care about other’s feelings. I was
surprised by the precision of this test. From what I heard most people can relate to this test. However, I know a friend who did not agree to what was reading. Therefore, the best way to know if you can relate or not is by doing the test.
